Domestic Delivery
We provide premium UK shipping starting at £2.99, or complimentary for orders over £35. Your cologne is typically dispatched within 48 hours and arrives in 2-4 days.
International shipping
We ship globally to select regions. International rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically ranges from 7-14 working days depending on location.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our Welsh studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number to follow its journey.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your fragrance balm must be unused, unopened, and in its original premium packaging with all seals intact.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is dispatched back to us within 30 days of your original purchase.
